Seshule (operated by EvolveUX) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for Seshule. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and locate your order using your order confirmation email, or
  • Email us at support@seshule.com and we'll help you through the process.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your subscription will end and your account will return to the free Starter plan. Any client records beyond the Starter plan limit will remain in read-only mode.
